2005

On 12th of April, our association in cooperation with the F.P.C.C. Campina, – which has the obligation to come once or twice/ year with the mobile clinic -, signed with the City Hall the "Neuter and Return" contract.

2004

We had information that this year( 2004) the stray dogs had the same tragic end and unfortunately no one was punished for this cruel and inhumane acts.

In November, after we’ve been announced that many dogs had been poisoned we were there and found the dead bodies. Reporters from the local mass-media, who accompanied us, wrote articles about this. So, we decided to meet the mayor , Ion Stanculete, and to propose him to co-operate, in order to find together a solution for controling the stray dogs’ number . At the beginning he was very rude, having a negative attitiude, but after a long discussions, after we presented him many arguments, he agreed to accept to implement the "Neuter and Return " programme.

2003

The mayor ordered in 2003 to be poisoned all the stray dogs. Many dogs, puppies, pregnant females died and in the morning the dead bodies or in agony were thrown at the garbage box by the municipality’s employees.
We sent many intimations to the mayor and to other officials protesting against the stray dogs’ poisoning, but nothing happened, no one took any measure.
