They need food and care too

NOBODY’S DOGS apparently

but actually OUR DOGS

Our dogs….as they belong to the community. Despite the big number of animals that we have in our care, despite our reduced financial possibilities and lack of time, we can’t not be touched by the misery of the strays living on the streets.

A part of them are former dogs who had an owner at one moment, but had been dumped like a sick tooth, especially exactly when they need most affection and care: when they are ill, old or newly born. Then there are those puppies who are born on the streets, without knowing the warmth and love of a home, knowing just what means to be hungry and chased by people. And, there are those dogs – who are strays but there is someone, an animal lover, who feed them from time to time, talk to them and pet them, offering them place to stay in front of their block, shop or company.

Those stray dogs are the victims of the people’s indiference, old mentality and poor education. People who have not been thought what means respect of life, in every form, what means compassion towards those who depend on us. Many people just complain about the big number of strays, without paying any attention to the cause of this problem, WE – the people, not the animals.

So, being impossible to take them into the shelter or to offer them a home, we feed also dogs on the streets.
