PRO ANIMALS’ mission.

 

 

  • Protection of all kind of animals, stray animals, pets, farm animals, animals in zoos etc, in accordance with the national and international legislation.
  • Working, at national level, for improving the legislation for animal welfare
  • Developing projects for reducing stray dogs overpopulation. For this aim, the association will cooperate with other animal protection organizations and public administration, for issuing neutering programmes in order to reduce stray dogs numbers.
  • Signing cooperation protocols for animals ’interest with different public and private institutions.
  • Running programmes of assistance, zootehnic consulting and veterinary care
  • Following the activity of the municipal Catching Service, in accordance with the law.
  • protect animal lovers from participating powerless to cruel treatment of animals from the members of public administration and members of local community
  • Save as many animals as possible from cruelties, and unnecessary death.
  • set up shelter for stray animals and “rehoming centers” where animals can have good conditions during their staying.
  • equip the shelter with a clinic that should provide animals the medical care they need, including for surgeries and neutering.
  • developing Neutering and Adoption programmes, as part of our Policy
  • Educate the people to respect and protect animals through school education programmes and mass-media support
